Being the same property conveyed by James and Nancy Wisner to Hank and Betsy Willams by deed dated June 18, 1984 and recorded in Deed Book 4821, page 761. Betsey Williams was awarded the property in a divorce decree dated 18 August 1987, the abstract found in Deed Book 5481, page 231.
To Have And To Hold the aforegranted and bargained premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof, to the said Wanda Across, her heirs and assigns, to their own use and behoof forever.
And I do Covenant with the said grantee, her heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee of the premises, that they are free of all encumbrances and that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Grantee to hold as aforesaid; and that I and my heirs shall and will Specially Warrant and Defend the same to the said Grantee, her heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming under or through me.
In Witness Whereof, I, the said Betsy Wiliams relinquish and convey all rights by descent and all other rights to the above described premises, have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st day of the month of March, A.D. 1991.
