A Legal Area Description provides the structure for assembling
the components of a single legal description into one. The components of
the legal area description can be used to build legal descriptions based
on areas. For example, a legal area description could be a lot in a subdivision
and that lot may be contained in a Public Land Survey System Area.

The Legal Area Description ID is the primary key, which identifies each record in the Legal Description entity.

Geopolitical ID
The Geopolitical ID is a foreign key, which points to an occurrence in a geopolitical entity, where information on the geopolitical area can be found.

LAD-Source Agent
The Source Agent is the individual or organization, which determined the legal area description.

The Source Index is the value assigned by a Source Agent to a legal area description to identify the source from which the legal area description originated.

Source Type describes a family of documents, files, images, or other which generally conform to the same specifications or having some common unifying characteristic. The domain for Source Type is in Appendix 4.
