ENTITY: CUSTOMER
Attributes:
cust_id - Customer Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated unique identifier assigned to a customer.
blm_ofc_adm_cd - BLM Administrative Office Code. Type = Alpha. An alpha code for one of the twelve BLM Administrative Offices. These offices manage the public lands in BLM Administrative Areas. Examples of codes: AZ = Arizona; ES = Eastern States.
cust_cat_cd - Customer Category Code. Type = Character. An alpha code that indicates whether the customer is a person (individual), corporation, agency, or cannot be designated because the information was not collected (conversion only). Examples of codes: I = Individual; C = Corporation/Company; A = Agency; N = Not Collected.
cust_stat_cd - Customer Status Code. Type = Alpha. An alpha code that indicates whether or not a customer is active (i.e., part of a recursive relationship or linked to a Land or Mineral Case). Examples of codes: A = Active; I = Inactive.
cust_tax_no - Customer Tax Number. A number that identifies a customer to the IRS. (i.e., an individual's Social Security Number or a corporation's Employer Identification Number).
cust_id_date - Customer ID Date. Type = GREGL. The date a customer was assigned a unique system generated number by BLM.
cust_bank_cd - Customer Bankruptcy Indicator Code. Type = Character. An alpha code that indicates whether or not an individual or corporation has filed bankruptcy with the courts. There are several articles under which bankruptcies are filed. Some bankruptcies are final and others give the entity a time period in which to reorganize. Some companies are removed from bankrupt status once they are reorganized. Examples of codes: Y = Yes, bankruptcy filed; N = No, bankruptcy not filed.
cust_fgn_cd - Customer foreign indicator code. Type = Character. An alpha code that indicates whether or not a customer is operating as a foreigner. Examples of codes: Y = Yes, foreign; N = No, not foreign.
cust_nprof_cd - Customer non-profit code. An alpha code that indicates whether or not a corporation, or in certain cases an agency, is considered to be non-profit. Examples of codes: Y = Yes, non-profit; N = No, profit.
cust_death_ntf_date - Customer Death Notification Date.
Type = GREGL. The date when BLM received notification/verification of an
individual customer's death.
ENTITY:CUSTOMER_RELATIONSHIP
Attributes:
cust_rel_recs_id - Customer Recursive Relationship Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated unique identifier assigned to a customer, who has a business relationship to another customer. This is also known as the second identified customer.

cust_id - Customer Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated unique identifier assigned to a customer.
cust_rel_recs_cd - Customer Recursive Relationship Code. An alpha code identifying the reason a specific customer (the first one identified, or the subordinate) is related to another customer (the second one identified, or the parent). Examples of codes: SUB = Subsidiary of, DBA = Doing Business As, ACQ = Acquired By, MERG - Merged into.
cust_rel_recs_date - Customer Recursive Relationship Date.
Type = GREGL. The date of the document notifying BLM of a business relationship
between two or more customers.
ENTITY:CUSTOMER_NAME
Attributes:
cust_name_id - Customer Name Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated number assigned to a customer name, which, when used with a customer identifier, uniquely identifies the name of a BLM customer.
cust_id - Customer Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated unique identifier assigned to a customer.
cust_org_ln1_name - Customer First Line Organization Name. Type = Character. The first line of the name of a BLM customer which is an organization. An organization may include businesses, agencies, or corporations, but not individual persons.
cust_org_ln2_name - Customer Second Line Organization Name. The second line of the name of a BLM customer which is an organization. An organization may include businesses, agencies, or corporations, but not individual persons. The second line may be used to store long names or an organizational sub-unit name, such as a division or office.
cust_idv_first_name - Customer Individual First Name. Type = Character. The first name of a BLM customer who is an individual.
cust_idv_last_name - Customer Individual Last Name. Type = Character. The last name of a BLM customer who is an individual.
cust_idv_mdl_name - Customer Individual Middle Name. Type = Character. The middle name of a BLM customer who is an individual.
cust_idv_suf_name - Customer Individual Suffix Name. Type = Character. The modifier of a name of BLM customer, (e.g. Jr., III, etc.).
cust_name_date - Customer Name Date. Type = GREGL. The
date BLM received the name change information.
ENTITY:CUSTOMER_ADDRESS
Attributes:
cust_addr_id - Customer Address Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated number assigned to a customer address, which, when used with a customer identifier, uniquely identifies the address of a BLM customer.
cust_id - Customer Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated unique identifier assigned to a customer.
cust_addr_known_cd - Customer Address Known Code. Type = Alpha. An alpha code to indicate whether or not any of the customer's address is available to BLM.
cust_addr_del_cd - Customer Address Delivery Code. Type = Character. An alpha code that indicates whether or not an address has been shown to be deliverable. This situation can arise whenever mail is returned to BLM; the Post Office may also indicate that no forwarding address was filed. If an address is considered undeliverable, it will not necessarily preclude its being used in mailings; there may be legal requirements to mail to the last known address. Examples of codes: Y = Yes, deliverable; N = No, undeliverable.
cust_addr_ln1_txt - Customer First Address Line Text. Type = Character. The first line of a customer's address indicating a street address, box number, in care of, building, suite, or any other non-formatted component of a customer's address.
cust_addr_ln2_txt - Customer Second Address Line Text. Type = Character. The second line of a customer's address indicating a street address, box number, in care of, building, suite, or any other non-formatted component of a customer's address.
cust_addr_ln3_txt - Customer Third Address Line Text. Type = Character. The third line of a customer's address indicating a street address, box number, in care of, building, suite, or any other non-formatted component of a customer's address.
cust_city_name - Customer City Name. Type = Character. The name of a city or town for a customer address.
cust_st_geo_cd - Type = Alpha. An alpha code that indicates a geographic state in the <….> be considered "first order subdivision" of the United States. Examples: AK = Alaska; KS = Kansas.
cust_zipcode_no - Customer Zipcode Number. Type = Numeric. A zipcode for a customer's address in the United States, its territories, and The District of Columbia.
cust_subdiv_fgn_cd - Customer Foreign Subdivision Code. Type = Character. An alpha/numeric code that represents the name of a province in a specific foreign country for a customer's address (FIPS 10-3). This is a four position code. Examples of codes; 01 = Alberta (in Canada); 26 = Sonora (in Mexico).
cust_cntry_fgn_cd - Customer Foreign Country Code. Type = Alpha. An alpha code that represents the name of a country in the world for a customer's address (FIPS 10-3). Examples of codes; AR = Argentina; FR = France.
cust_zon_post_fgn_no - Customer Foreign Postal Delivery Zone Number. Type = Character. A postal delivery zone for a customer's address outside of the United States, its territories, and the District of Columbia. These are analogous to U.S. Zipcodes.
cust_mpo_cd - Customer Military Post Office Code. Type = Character. An alpha code that indicates the branch of the military serviced by the post office. Examples of codes: APO = All branches except the Navy; FPO = Navy.
cust_mpo_loc_cd - Customer Military Post Office Location
Code. Type = Character. An alpha code that indicates the general destination
locations serviced by the associated Military Post Office. Examples of
Codes; AE = Europe, Middle East, Africa, Canada; AP = Pacific; AA = Americas
other than Canada.
ENTITY: CUSTOMER_HISTORICAL_NAME
Attributes:
cust_name_hist_id - Customer Historical Name Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated number assigned to a historical customer name, which, when used with a customer identifier and customer name number, uniquely identifies the historical name of a BLM customer.
cust_name_id - Customer Name Identifier. Type = Numeric. A system generated number assigned to a customer name, which, when used with a customer identifier, uniquely identifies the name of a BLM customer.
cust_org_hist_ln1_name - Customer Historical First Line Organization Name. Type = Character. The first line of the name of a BLM customer who is an organization which is no longer used by that organization.
cust_org_hist_ln2_name - Customer Historical Second Line Organization Name. Type = Character. The second line of the name of a BLM customer who is an organization which is no longer used by that organization.
